Description of Service

Our Dial-up service delivers Internet with a monthly data and/or time-based allowance over your phone line and once on our network runs over AAPT and TPG. Once you have used up all your included allowance or you can continue using the service at the same speed and pay excess charges to your included amount as describe in the table for dial-up charges.

Dial-up services may not be available in all areas depending on technical/commercial/security reasons which could affect our ability to connect at your premise. The minimum requirements are a Telstra copper wire phone line, their budget product. Make enquiries with our sales team on 02 4984 2088

A once off setup fee of $0 for activation of a new service applies.

Early Termination Charges

Early Termination Charges will apply if you cancel your service within your contract term. It will be calculated by monthly-fee x months-abandoned/months-total. e.g.

Data Usage Charges

Data Usage Charges

The excess data usage charges are listed in the pricing tables for each dial up plan - they range from $0.05/MB when data excess pricing applies which is capped at $39. When the plan is time-based, the excess rate per hour ranges from $0.536 to $1.20 per hour.

Credit Card Surcharge

Credit Card Surcharge

There is a $2.00 credit card surcharge when paying accounts by credit card. There are no surcharges for direct debit payments.
